Delivery:
Your order will be delivered by us at your doorstep and will require a signature on delivery or OTP as the requirement our logistic partner.
Our manufacturing and warehouse is based in Delhi. All orders will be dispatched between 5-7 working days from the order date, via Air shipping. Please allow upto 7-10 days for international deliveries.
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken. Delivery to India is currently free.
Delivery times are estimates only and dispatch may be slightly delayed so please allow up to 5 days.
If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control we may by notice in writing to you, cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability.
We may deliver separately the goods that make up your order. Where we do so, you will be kept informed and will only incur one delivery charge.
Eligibility Use of this website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use this Website.
If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not purchase any items on the Website. As a minor, if you wish to purchase an item on the Website, such a purchase may be made by your legal guardian or parents.
If you are a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept these terms and conditions and you have the authority to bind that business entity to these terms and conditions.
Items bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
International Orders:
We charge a flat rate of INR 2000 for orders upto INR 30000. For orders above INR 30000, shipping will be free. Your shipping charge will reflect at the time of checkout.
Please note, the mentioned weights of the packages are calculated on volumetric basis.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on International orders.
Duties & Taxes for delivery to international locations are not included in your order price and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds for the shipping amount will be entertained. In such cases, your order may be dispatched again on request, with additional shipping charges.
