We take utmost care to inspect and pack each order at The Haimish Living. Each garment is processed at our workshop only after a confirmed payment. Every garment goes through an initial quality check and once again before dispatch to minimize any errors.

However, in an unlikely event that you may have received an incorrect size or an item with a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us at hello@haimish.co. Please note that you must get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your package, to help us process further.

Conditions are applicable in order to qualify for an exchange:

- A wrong size received from what was ordered.

- An item received with a manufacturing defect.

- An email to be shared with hello@haimish.com within 3 days of receiving the package stating the reason for exchange request. Any items sent to us without an email will not quality for any exchange.

- Post our acknowledgement on email, items must be returned to us within 10 days.

- Any items sent to us without a communication via email will not be accepted for any exchange and the customer will have to get them picked up from our workshop.

Customer is responsible for sending the items to us. We will not be arranging for any courier pick-ups. 

The following apply to items scheduled for Return & Exchange;

  • Items should be unaltered, unused and accompanied by their original order confirmation (order invoice).
  • Items should be free of any makeup stains.
  • Items should be in their original packaging / box / cover and with all brand and product labels / tags and instructions still attached.
  • Items should have been purchased via www.thehaimishliving.com. Any items purchased via third party online or physical stores or pop-ups or will not be eligible for any exchange or return.
  • If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or store credit upon approval.

Please note, if your order qualifies for an exchange post our quality check, we will offer you a replacement size, if available. In case of a price difference between the returned item & the exchange item, we will offer a store credit or share a payment link as the case may be. We do not offer cash refunds.

If the product does not qualify for exchange due to any of the reasons mentioned above, we will inform you via email and you need to arrange for a pick up from our workshop or pay Rs 200 via link shared on email and we will send the same package back to you.

Credit note, if issued, will be product item price only. It will NOT include original shipping charges. Credit note will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
